Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Zeenith Base LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you play BEASTCRAFT : Kaiju Survival (the "Game") on Android. By using the Game, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
Your game progress (worlds, inventory, quests, settings and reward cooldowns) is saved only on your device. We do not upload it to our servers. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
2. Advertising
The Game is free and shows ads, including optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are delivered through the following third-party partners:
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) – ad mediation – Privacy Policy
- Unity Ads – Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob – Privacy Policy (how Google uses data from partner apps)
These partners may automatically collect information such as:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- Device model, operating system and version, language, screen size
- Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region)
- Ad interactions (ads shown, clicked or completed) and app usage events
- Crash and diagnostic data related to ad delivery
This information is used to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and, where you have allowed it, personalize ads. Each partner processes it under its own privacy policy linked above.
3. Your choices and consent
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: when required, the Game shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy settings in the Game.
- United States: you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising through Settings → Privacy settings in the Game, where available.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
- If you decline personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the advertising partners listed above, for the purposes described in this policy, and when required by law.
5. Data security and retention
Data sent to advertising partners is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and retained according to each partner's policy. Game save data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. Because we do not store personal data ourselves, most requests are handled through the controls above or directly with the advertising partners. You can also contact us and we will assist you.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
