This Privacy Policy explains how Zeenith Base LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play the mobile game ARACHNOCRAFT : Spider Hero (the "Game") on Android devices. By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we do not collect

The Game does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any other personal information. We do not run our own servers for the Game and we do not receive or store your personal data.

2. Information stored on your device

Your game progress (world changes, inventory, missions, level, coins, unlocked suits, settings) is saved only on your device. This data is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

3. Advertising

The Game is free and is supported by advertising. We use the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform, which may show ads from the following partners:

To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, these partners may automatically collect information from your device, such as:

• the Android Advertising ID and other device identifiers;
• IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it;
• device model, operating system version, language, screen size, network type;
• app interactions with ads (impressions, clicks, ad completion) and crash or diagnostic data related to ads.

This information is collected and processed by the ad partners under their own privacy policies listed above. Ads may be personalized based on this data where permitted by law.

Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks in the Game.

4. Your choices

• Limit personalized ads: on Android, open Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) and delete or reset your Advertising ID. You will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.
• Consent: where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK or some U.S. states), you may be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice.
• Delete local data: uninstall the Game or clear its data in Android Settings → Apps.

5. Permissions

The Game uses the Internet and network state permissions to load ads, and the Advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) used by the ad partners. The Game does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Data security and retention

Because we do not collect personal data on our own servers, we do not retain it. Data collected by ad partners is retained according to their own policies. Data transmitted by the ad partners is encrypted in transit.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, or to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for advertising. Because we do not hold your data, you can exercise these rights directly with the ad partners through the links above, or contact us and we will help.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
